After Hours & Weekends:
When necessary, we will open our office after hours or on weekends. This is a service provided to crews who are in production or producers who have a last minute shoot and can justify paying an opening fee.
The $100.00 opening fee is added to your invoice and is in turn paid to the BBMP employee who opens the office. BBMP does not profit from opening fees.

Our one-day rental period is very generous. If your shoot is on a Tuesday. Pick-up your equipment on Monday after 3:00pm, Shoot all day Tuesday and return the equipment by 10:30am Wednesday morning… All for a one day rental charge, what a deal!
If your shoot schedule doesn't fit the above scenario, don't worry, just call, give us your schedule and we'll help you figure out the number of rental days. We're here for you!
Before your production begins, figure out what you need and when you need it, and then use our online tools to build a quote, call or email us. You can put equipment on hold while you plan the logistics for your production. If all you need is a quote for your budget, that’s fine. Call or Email, and we'll help you figure out an equipment budget.
If you have production insurance, ask your insurance broker to fax us a Certificate of Insurance. BBMP should be named as loss payee and additional insured. You can be self-insured by using a credit card to secure the equipment. If you’re not sure what to do about insurance, give us a call and we can offer you some options.
If you have a Tax Exemption certificate, Fax or email us a copy and we will take the tax off your final invoice.
On the day of your rental bring your driver’s license and credit card to the BBMP office in Orlando, FL. There is some paperwork to sign. You should spend a few minutes checking through your order. Once that’s done you’re set and ready to go shoot!
